Why is my login suspended and my phone not working?

All of a sudded my phone goes to Public mobile and my login is suspended...

I am in the middle of the month..

I depend on my phone for business 

 

this is unacceptable!

If you can, you just have to be patient and wait for the Moderators to get back to you.. they are a bit overworked right now.

Goes to my answering machine directly...

 

When I log into self serv it says I have been locked out.

 

 

@jleo1335 Try calling your phone and your voicemail from another device. If things are not what is seems you might had been SIM jacked.

Its not the phone....It says ive been locked out of my account when I try and log into self service.

Yes,

 

Even when I tried to reset the password it says "sorry youve been locked out"

 

They have shut me down mid day and mid month for no reason

 

This is the dumbest way to get service that I have ever seen

@jleo1355What happens when you call your number from an other phone. Can you access your voicemail from that phone?

Try restarting your phone, sometimes this will help reset the account.

 

Edit: I see you already have a lot of suggestions, didn't read the thread.  Have you contacted the moderators as suggested.

It says login disabled. Have top plan.

 

2 years. Its lime they said i cand be here anymore.

@jleo1355 you've haven't accidentally turned on airplane mode?

 

Did you happen to notice if your payment date(s) were messed up?  Some folks are having issues with incorrect payment dates.  The tip suggested was to ensure balance to be topped up just in case.

Give it another try now. I've finally been able to log into My Account after the PM website being flakey for most of the morning.

When you log into My Account, is your account Active or something else ?

Is any function of your phone still working ? Can you make and recieve calls / texts ?

I am on unlimited everything

Are others in your circle of people having issues with Telus or Bell plans?  Maybe a tower is down?

 

 

Are you on the $10 or $15 plan with limited calling minutes ? Have you run out of calling minutes ?

Account is 100% active.

 

12 days into my month...

 

Was fine yesterday.

 

In fact was fine this morning early

When I try to make a call it goes to the automated system telling me to call *611

 

Then when calling *611 it cuts halfway through and says to come online..

 

When I try and log in it says my login is suspended.

 

This is bull **bleep**...

 

Its like 12 days into my payement cycle

When you say login is suspended, does that mean you can't login or you can login and it says suspended?

 

Moderators are taking 2+days to reply.

 

If you can login,  As this is a business line I would try the lost stolen trick or even doing an immediate plan change if you are willing to change  your current plan.
