Why everytime i add a plan, why is my incoming & outgoing calls not working?

i just just rechatged of 35$ and my incoming nad outgoing service are not working. also the internet doesnt work properly. i am just able to open maps. not even a single whatsaap msgs goes. 

 

i need to talk to a representative today.

@Manasi2019Public Mobile doesn't have call centers, the only way you can contact the moderators is by clicking on the ? in the lower right hand corner and chat with SIMon. Unfortunately it is the way it is.

How long does the issue last?  

 

You can try pressing the lost phone / found phone button.  Power you phone down before an turn in it after to see if that helps
