@Kelsokkk877  Yes all seems correct. You were charged $40+13%tax($5.20)=$45.20 The $2 in your account is the auto pay reward credited to your account. Another $2 autopay reward will be added to your account before your next renewal giving you a balance of $4. You will owe $36 and charged to your credit card +13% tax ($4.68) $40.68 will be charged to your credit card.

All looks normal.

 

When you activate a plan, sales taxes need to be added on top of the advertised price.  As for the $2 balance on your account, that isn't an amount owing, but an amount that you can use towards a future payment. It is there because you are subsribed to autopay.
