Just curious if Public Mobile has Visual Voicemail for iPhone?
just got my nano sim and currently with Telus (parent company of Public Mobile i know)
I would consider the swap only if I can get visual Voicemail
thanks

HI. I'm sure that might be possible. If not now, Possibly later
Add it to public Lab
This may be a Big Ticket item
No By Visual Voicemail I meant the iPhone specific version. it lists all voicemails on screen where you can choose which one to listen to first without having to call in and listen to voice prompts. here is a snippet of what it looks like and how it works. its super old video and looks different but works essentially the same. all 3 Big carriers carry it. pretty sure Kodoo and Fido Have it as well.

its all good though got a corp discount with Rogers now so paying less for 4GB of data and unlimited minutes/sms/mms for two phones than just one with Public Mobile with same thing
actually use voicemail fairly frequently...I have older parents as well as other family that dont text/use facebook/twitter etc. they want to get a hold of me they call. sometimes i can answer sometimes i cant. I hate dialing into voicemail...putting in passcode listeing to prompts and pressing 7 to save and 9 to delete.....iPhone's Visual Voicemail makes it two taps and listening to the message i want to hear.
to answer your question for how many people leave me a voicemail over the last month or so. really only 3-5 people on average but those people are leaving 2-6 voicemails per month each so really its up to 30 voicemails a month.
If there's no visual voicemail for iphones, what's the phone number to dial to access it the old fashioned way? Is there a numeric pass code to use as well? Where do I set up that?
without visual voicemail its same as any other phone, just hold "1" on the dial pad then enter the password you set or setup your account if you haven't
Actually, on my iPhone I just touch Voicemail (bottom right in the Phone app) and it connects immediately to my voicemail. No need to enter any passwords either, as I've disabled this when calling from my phone.
@chukdefatey I'm new to the community, but I don't think @Can0nFan was wanting to hear your opinion and rant about why you hate voicemail so much! They asked about visual voicemail, not "why do you hate voicemail"?! Your points are valid, yes, but not everyone is YOU. Some people need voicemail, others do not. Be cool!
