My husband and I have unlimited Canada wide calling but it doesn’t seem to work. It says we need to change our plan as we used all our minutes. Help.

@ccysouw sorry if this is a silly question, but what exactly did the message say when you tried to place the call?  If it warned you that long distance charges may apply, you can safely ignore that message and the call will connect.

Can you log into self service and confirm that you are not on a provincial plan that were offered for a short while on PM.

@ccysouw , if you have the $15 plan, you only get 100 minutes per plan cycle.  Once the minutes are used up, you cannot call out.  You could buy add-on minutes or changes to an unlimited minutes plan.

@ccysouw  both you and your husband have the same problem?

did you try adding a 1 in front of the number?  like 1-519-123-4567?

Also, try reboot your phone and see how it goes

and incoming calls are fine?
