Unable to play my voicemail

I'm having a problem to open my voicemail. Do I need to change my password? I've been using my PM for 3days. At first, my issue was I didn't have a service network, now my voicemail. Thank you in advance for all the suggestions.

Your voicemail password is not your account PIN. It's whatever you've set it to. As mentioned earlier, you can reset the voicemail password from your self serve account.

Go to your self serve and reset voicemail password. This resets the password to your 10 digit number.

Then dial 1-778-580-4001 and see if it gets into your voicemail system. It will need you to do the initial setup. If you're on the $15 plan then you can do this from another phone so as not to use your minutes.

@Enaguit1 what's the make and model of your phone? Have you tried restarting your phone?  What's the message that you get when you can't access it? Thanks.
