just purchased us roaming add on plan.  phone automatically connected to tmobile but 30 mins later still no data.  help?

@Tocibs, did you check whether roaming data is turned on?  It should be in the data setting menu.  Also, please check that you did complete the add-on purchase.  It's a two step process. Sometimes customers neglect to complete step 1 and end up with funds in the account to but the adfoad but did not do step 2 which applies funds to making the purchase.

reboot phone doesn't work.  messaged mod an hr ago still no answer.....

Reboot your phone or set it to airplane mode then back to search. Typically, that's worked for me when I went down south.
