URGENT: Unable to call or receive calls to and from ANY number !!!

I tried rebooting phone. It says I don't have an active long distance ad-on. Happens with ALL numbers even local ones. I am also missing important urgent calls....

Try manually adding a dollar into your account (or nominal sum) and restart the phone. See what happens.

But if you're on the $10 plan then you might be out of minutes.
