U.S. add on stopped working before 10 days

How can I reconnect my U.S. add on? It says there is a network issue.

Make sure you have roaming enabled.  Here are some more troubleshooting tips.

All U.S. Roaming Add-Ons will last 10 days. This 10-day period begins when you pay for the Add-On and ends 10 days later at 11:59PM ET.

@Cool_runnings you should be able to select the network probably best to pick AT&T in your cellular settings.

To double check does the add on still appear on your profile page in your SelfServe account?

Just note the 10 days countdown starts right after you purchase the add on.. not when you enter the States.
