Trying to process Add On

I have added enough funds to my account to enable the purchase for long distance calling but when I try to process the add on it recharges my credit card again but does not activate the service.

It is probably an issue with the website. I similar thing happened with me when I signed up for Public mobile. I would recommend trying after a couple of hours

@Raybgood  Logout, clear your cache maybe even try accessing your selfserve account via incognito mode and try selecting the addon.
