Texts not coming to my phone

I'm having intermittent texting issues. How do I let the mods know about this, so I can diagnose my issues?

Thanks for the tip. I did that and will monitor my texting for issues! 

@peosteve Something to try: 

  • Go to Settings
  • Then go to Mobile networks and select a network other than PM/Telus
  • When you exit the menu the phone should lose the network.
  • Repeat the process and select PM as your mobile network.

This procedure will force the update of the message centre number.

Yes, I have restated my phone. I've tried a different texting app, but since it's an intermittent issue  it's hard to be sure whether the app is the issue.

Have you tried restarting your phone or tried using a different messaging app?
