Text, Talk Roaming Add On

I had added the US text, talk, roaming to my plan last week before the government advise to avoid all unnecessary travel due to the coronovirus.  We then decided to cancel our trip on March 12th.  I received a text today that my package expires tomorrow.  I did not realise that once you pay for this it is active on that day.  With all the other carriers I have been on, it is only activated when you are in the US.   Is there any way to have the money put back on my account as I did not travel to the US (as no text, talk or roaming was ever used) or have it on my plan to be used in the future?

@PillowTalk  contact the moderators and explain your situation. You may get a credit. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

Thanks.  I purchased my add on on March 11 so I may be screwed.

@gblackma According to eligibility it has to be used.

Eligible customers: Customers who have purchased and used any US Roaming Add-On from March 13 to April 30th, 2020. Note that usage of a US Roaming Add-On is mandatory

PM was offering a credit but it had to be used.

You could try submitting a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

PM is short staffed so it may take longer for a response.
