I started a public mobile account and did not choose a talk plan. when i realised this i started a new plan. I was charged for the new plan so i have a high balance on my account but my talk is still not working. it also does not show my new plan on my account when i look at my plan. it has been 48 hours and i cannot receive phone calls. how long will it take before i can?

@Fiver You should've contacted mods to change your plan when you figured that you forgot to select Talk in your plan. If you make the changes yourself, the system will ask you to make the full payment again.
Anyways, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info with an explanation. They might be able to change your plan and possibly not ask you to pay the full amount again.
