Why SMS outside CA isn't receive and MMS also isn't send inside CA????

Another time before all was working!!!

I'd suggest trying SIM in a different phone first

It's unlikely a SIM issue to send SMS to Country X since you also having issues sending MMS in Canada

To summarize:

* MMS works fine when you're in Canada.

* short code SMS to one specific country doesn't work when you're in Canada?

* regular SMS to/from Canadian numbers are working fine when you're in Canada?

* regular SMS to/from international numbers are working fine when you're in Canada?

* short code SMS working fine for Canadian/US numbers when you're in Canada?

This is a very special scenario and unlikely it will be supported by Telus.

You could try this procedure to reset SMS:

• Go to Settings and then Wireless networks.
• Go to Mobile networks and then Network operators.
• Search for networks.
• Select a network other then PM/Telus
• Wait until it fails to connect.
• Repeat the process and this time choose PM as your network.

First of all, i'm in Canada.

First, the SMS outside from Canada isn't receive.

Second, the MMS sended inside of Canada isn't delivered(i don't try outside)

from what i remember common trouble shooting is to install a new/different sms app.  assuming you alreasy powered cycled your phone.

I know occasioanlly (happened twice) that i had issues sending mms  but the next day all was working fine.

this also sometimes helps 

MMS APN

Set APN type to “default,mms,supl”

possibly a network settings reset  (not factory reset) then reenter apn

but just to be clear everything was woking before and then today/yesterday they stopped.  

not sure what else to suggest sorry, hopefully someone else might have osme other ideas

Your posts are still confusing.

So, you are in Canada and are sending a message to Turkey (since you didn't provide proper information I'm picking a country at random...)? But the person in Turkey doesn't  get your SMS nor MMS?

Any updates on your or the recipient's phone?

Have you rebooted your phone?

Have you tried a different messaging app? (Textra is my personal favorite, but other's have had good results with Google messages.)

Any changes in policies on the recipients side? (Government, carrier?)

when you say sms are not received  are you sending sms from inside canada to friends in a different country?  or are you in a different country like USA

does data on your phone work?  is data on? what phone do you have?

A little more info migh be good.

but sms should be received anywhere in canada or usa. anywhere else you do not have service

mms need apn to se set correctly and data to be on to be sent and received

sending mms in usa does not work at all.  not sire about receiving mms.

Were you roaming in the same country both times? I think USA roaming allows incoming SMS, but other countries do not.

MMS should work in Canada if your APN settings are correct. Have you checked that recently?
