SIM status has expired

I changed the 10$ plan and the status is expired. How can I solve this problem?

Depending on if it's your renewal day- you'll need to top up your account or make sure you have enough funds in the account. Normally if you change your plan, it won't do any good unless you have enough funds to cover the cost of the plan. So to fix: top up your account, or if you already have and it's your renewal day, might take an hour or so to kick in?

Maybe this is your renewal night. Over night tonight it will change your plan and take your money.

Have a look in the morning and see that everything is proper. Don't mess around in the account on renewal night.

Everything should keep working fine unless you don't enough funds or no autopay.

@zhengtuitu Did you pay for the new plan? If you set it to change your plan immediately you need to have the funds in your account.

Sometimes the system is not updated, you can wait to see it next month.
