Roaming addon not added

I paid for the 20 dollar us roaming bundle today.  The payment came out of my funds and is posted in my transaction history. But it wasnt added.  This is the second time this has happened

Well the system best be remembering right ricky tick...haha  i wont hesitate to send my woman after it..lol

Hey that's awesome that you got such a fast response! Well they can take it from here for you. The system must have forgotten what to do since theres been so few pm customers visiting the US. Stay safe!

Yeah i did already, got a response almkst instantly.  Im in the us now.  I did everything the same way i always have before.

Oh yes..the payment was taken from my balance.  I restarted my phone just like i always do. But still nothing

If the payment has been taken from your balance and is posted in your payment history and the add on appears there as well after the posted transaction of you adding $20 then pm debiting $20 beside $20 US roaming add on and it does not appear on your overview page then contact the moderators. 

 

If you only added $20 to your balance go back in and purchase the add on if you want it to start today.

Reboot your phone.

 

Purchasing an Add-On:

Note that purchasing an add-on is a two step process.

You should be able to use it instantly.

1-First you need to add the $ to your account and

2-then add the add-on to your account.

Don't forget to restart your phone.

*You can make the purchase via self serve account or by calling 611 on your phone.
