Hi i just payed for another 3 months on my plan and the money is there but i cant make or receieve phone calls or have any data or send or recieve texts. My account is acctive i see the balance and the money came out of my account but on here it hasnt taken the money to activate the account? Why and how can i fix it

If no service on renewal date after fund is taken, its the glitch again. Only the staff can fix it. but it will be done. no worry

I'm having the same problem. I paid for the renewal today and the funds have been deducted however I cannot recieve or make any calls or texts. It's as if the service is inactive. If someone tries to call me it beeps twice and automatically hangs up on their phone. My phone shows no notification of the call.
