I accidentally submitted two top ups is there anyway to get a refund?

@Madimay0224  when you dial 611, is there a balance equal to one of the top ups? Thanks. If yes follow the advice given and leave it for the next cycle renewal date. If no, please respond. Thanks.

Unless you are in dire straights financially, with PM indicating they are running on reduced moderators and a refund potentially taking longer to receive than when your next renewal will take place..... As suggested if the cash IS sitting in your available funds, just let it sit there for your next renewal.

You can get refund but it may take 30 days, you are better off leaving it on your account to be used for the next cycle.

If this is your last cycle with public mobile then contact moderators https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

@Madimay0224 PM is prepaid so you probably won't get refund. However, you can always contact moderators to ask for it by clicking the "?" in lower right side of the page, typing "contact moderator", and following directions.

PM is prepaid so no guarantee of a refund but you can try submitting a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@Madimay0224  If that's the case no worries, the second top-up will automatically be used to renew your next plan renewal.

To verify that your second to-up is in your account funds just dial *611 from your phone. If it reports an amount equal to the top-up then you are OK.

You can submit a ticket to PM and ask for a refund but it will probably take more that 30 days to process the refund.
