@nabil114  You can look at adding th $5, 500 minute Canada wide addon In the meantime add a voip app such as TextNow and use it over WiFi to make/ receive / send calls and texts for free in Canada and to the US.

@nabil114  what plan are you on?  If you are on a limited minute plan could you have used up all of your minutes?
