Cannot Send Text Messages

My phone stopped sending out going text messages from today afternoon, am able to received text messages.

I have been though all discussions, performed all below steps:

1. All APN parameters looks good, my current APN types are default, mms, supl, fota, hipri.

2. Removed the sim, battery and installed again.

3. Reset all APN to default settings

4. Tried my Sim on another phone, same issue, outgoing text are not going through.

5. Cleared Cache for messages in APPs.

Phone is Samsung J7 2016. 

Everything seems to be working fine till yesterday, suddenly outgoing messages stopped working this morning. Please Advice.

A new message thread has been created for this discussion.

You won't want to spend any more time looking at APN settings. APN settings have no effect on text messaging. APN settings are only for data use, although they are required to be correct for MMS.  The setting you'll want to be checking is the SMSC. Be sure that is set to +16475800172.
