I ran out of data, so I went to "plan add ons" and choose $10 for 200 mb. I paid for it now, (my billing cycle refreshes in a week).
I went back to the main page and under Available funds I see "$10" but under "my data" it shows me as fully consumed? So where is the 200MB?

Sounds as though you did the two steps but in reverse. Picked the add-on but had no funds to pay for it, then added the funds which sat there waiting for you to use them for something. Then you went back and got the add-on with the funds.

Purchasing add-ons is a two step process. You need to purchase and add it to your account.

Got it... I went back and did it all over again and it deduced it from my balance and I now have the data. Thanks for looking... or listening to me talk to myself. 🙂
