Question on travel outside North America

Is it possible to purchase an international add-on for phone/long distance/data, for use outside the US and Canada.  E.g. if we travelled to Europe can we use our Public Mobile phone, or would we need to get a European SIM card and sign up with a service over there?

You would either have to purchase a local sim or Gigsky as PM does not offer roaming except in the US.  If you have access to wifi then you could use apps like Skype, Fongo, TextNow or Whatsapp.

I believe this question was asked before.  As pointed out above you need a local European SIM card.  There are some prepaid selling on Amazon.ca at decent prices.

PM offers US roaming add-on only.

Outside Canada and US, get a local SIM card after arriving your destination. You can also use WhatsApp to communicate with friends and family over WiFi.

Public Mobile does not offering any roaming services other than for use inside the United States.
