Just was curious, for down the road let's say my plan becomes grandfathered, and at one point auto pay fails, so I'm technically suspended, when you make a manual payment do you still get the plan you were on?
Also, if that happened, do you still get any texts or voice mails once reactivated?

@Pawprints1986 You will not lose your plan if payment fails as long as you renew before 90 days. To avoid this, you have an option to manually add enough balance (plan cost - rewards) about a couple days before renewal date. You will not lose the AutoPay rewards for manually making a payment to your account.

@Pawprints1986 once you top up your account and click reactivation button, your plan becomes active, and you can get/sent messages, use data, receive and perform calls.

@Pawprints1986 it's a 30 day plan as long as you don't leave it suspended past 90 days, you will be able to keep it. Texts no voicemail is stored up to 5 days.
