i purchased the 500mb USA add-on this past Friday and it did not apply to my account. I was unable to use the data. How do I go about getting a refund for this?

Just looked into that and was able to purchase the add on with the funds. I was unaware it was a two step process. Thank you very much!

@abossio buying an add on is a 2 part process you must put the funds in your account an then you must purchase it are your funds still in your account?
