Purchase LD add-on did not come through

Hello purchase the $8 long distance last week, got charged but somehow it did the service did not come up. First time I have issue with payment. Was on July 11th

What should I do next

I put the $8 on another account I have my bad 🙂 

(the family has 4 accounts with Public mobile)

@mosura, purchasing addons is  a two step process.  If you login to self serve you will probably see the amount of your addon sitting in Available Funds.  If the money is there just "re-purchase" the addon and it will take the money from available funds.  If the mney is not showing there you will need to contact The Moderator Team
