Problem with US talk/text/data add on - No data on 3rd renewal

Hello,

I've been in the US for 22 days now.  I bought the talk/text/data add on for the 3rd time, and on this renewal the data does not work.  I have tried rebooting the phone multiple times.  I had no issues with data the first two times I bought the add-on.  Can I get some help?

Make sure to PM a mod and send them your PM phone number/account number.  There's nothing that any of us can do for you here unfortunately if you've tried all the standard tricks, a mod will have to look into your account.

It renewed yesterday so my data should have reset.  My main plan also renewed on the 17th with 12GB of data available on the base plan so I shouldn't be over.

@DavidNS  Might sound silly, but have you checked your usage, confirmed for whatever reason it wasn't used up?

Also the rest of your account is working? You're not locked out or anything?
