Pre-Paid Data + added Talk not working

hi, I purchased a prepaid data plan with a voucher and shortly after added some minutes with the remaining credit.

however, I am still (after >12 hours of waiting) not able to make any calls.

Where is the issue? thx

@luisvsfigo please scroll up a little bit and look at @ShawnC13's reply above.  He has given you the steps to get that help you are asking for.  It's the only way.

my believe was that this happens when I added the 200mins!

You may want to try looking into changing your plan that has Province wide or Canada wide talk, global texting and data since the current rates for data are fairly high by themselve.  A lot of the packages work out to almost the same thing with talk/text/data.

@Brooke_C @David_J this continues to be an ongoing and very frustrating issue!!  We have been asking literally for years to have the system prevent selling the LD add-on minutes to customers whose plan does not include a talk component.  Please, for the love all that is good, will you please please make that change?  How many people have to run into this head-first before you will do so?

Unfortunately you are not able to add minutes such as long distance minutes to data and text only plans.  You must have calling in your main plan to be able to make any calls.  You should contact a MOD and see if there is anything that can be done to help you out.
