Plan paid for but not working

Hi, my plan had expired and I switched to a 30 day play yesterday. I paid and got confirmation text, however when I place a call or send a text I'm told my current plan doesn't have calling or texting added.

Well its been 2 days now, my phone is still not working. Ive sent an email and 2 pms with no reply.
