Plan not working

I recently changed a plan to $40 for 30days. But After i changed it and paid the $40 the plan didn’t work. I can’t make phone calls. Anyone had this issue before? How can this be resolved?

Well...we're all waiting to hear if you got it resolved or not. Let us know, 'cause if it didn't, there are other things we can suggest to get it right.

Try using a different browser and incognitio mode.  Clear your cache and cookies then reboot. Also try adding a $1 payment.  If you still have problems then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right

We need a bit more info to figure out what's going on:

 

  • When you log in, what's your status? Is it Active?
  • What does your My Plan show? Does it show $40 for 30 Days?
  • Can you receive calls? Do texts work? Does data work?

Try cycling phone off / on again.

Try adding $1 to your account.

Try the Lost / Stolen trick.

Log into My Account...does it say account is Active ?

Anything help ?
