Plan not activating

Hi, having a bit of an issue with my account.

 

I paid for my plan today but it doesn't seem to have activated. I've tried rebooting my phone but still no difference, any help would be much appreciated!

Has your account changed to suspended?  Have you past your renewal date?  Did you have auto-pay activated?  There have been issue with auto-pay system of late.  Send a private message to the moderators using this link: @CS_Agent, give them your name, account number and an explanation of what happened and they will work with you to get it resolved.

Could you activate my account? I added money to my account but my account is not active, this is the second time this is happening to me!!

I know with autopayment, my account randomly blocked for an hour or two but my service ended up coming back. If that is not the case for you, please message the moderators so they can assist you in an way.
