Yes - calling and texting works. It's data that doesn't (i ran out previously but have since renewed).

Since you 'renewed', I am assuming it was working before?  If so, time to give the mods a shout and let them fix the issue.

Login to your self-serve account and confirm your plan is active and has data under Add-ons. Does calling or texting working?
