We recently switched my wife's and my account to the new 12gb+6gb plan we got billed properly for it however it kept us on out current 30 day billing cycle vs new 90 day...so our accounts show the 30 day cycle paid and avail 114 and 106 respectfully... Anyone have this issue? It was a future dated change and both accounts leading up to renewal date showed them in "my plan" or "future plan" ... Waiting on a moderater team... But figured while waiting would ask here if anyone had same issue.?
