Currently have the $35 plan that came with 1.5 GB + 500mb bonus- can I change it to the new $35 that comes with 2.5 GB + bonus of 500mb? Would the existing plan I have automatically increase the data to reflect the new changes to the $35 plan and not require any change on my part?

But DO schedule the change to happen automatically or you will certainly miss it. Just select the “change on next renewal” option rather than “change immediately” when choosing the new plan.

It is recommended to change your plan on next renewal so you don't lose any unused minutes, texts, or data.

@oola4p , it will not automatically change. You must make the change yourself.

 

You can schedule a plan change on your SELF SERVE account.

Choose NEXT RENEWAL though so you do not lose out on funds already paid on this cycle.

Voila, next cycle you are all set!
