Plan can NOT be Changed - Messaged 2 times

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Tried to change to $10 plan after my previous plan expired on 24th of August 2018. Have $10 balance in account. Since yesterday I'm trying to reach out for help and have messaged the mods as well with all the information. 

How to figure out if there is anything missing or incorrect by me. 

Please help please

Detailed explanation of your issue
- Complete mailing address,

@trade1437, the moderators seems to be quite busy recently.  The response times are longer than normal.  Rest assured that private messages are processed in the order in which they are received.  If you already messaged them, please do not resend the message.  It will only mess up the queue and affect everybody in the queue including yourself.
