If absolutely nothing is working, then it's likely the account is inactive or suspended. A new account may need to be activated with another sim card.

@Ucheoruebor Sounds like your account mught be suspended, to verify call 611 from your device. If your account is active then restart your phone.

@Ucheoruebor was your credit card charged? Did you port a recently number? If it did, your port may still be in progress and will take some time to complete? Where did you port your number from?

What does the message say when you call 611? Or logon your self-serve account
