@mh1983 I don't agree in most cases when PM fixes an account issue they ask the client to restart their phone That is why the recommendation was made.
No slight intended and of course a reboot never hurts. Just wanted to suggest that the OP's issue might be related to the ongoing account/service issues and it's out of our hands at this point.

@sincereaminaSimilar issues have been reported by other users. PM is trying to reslove the issue. Try restarting your phone. If it's still an issue click here to report your issue.
