Did you mean:

Outgoing call, saying long distance not on your plan.

Incoming calls coming in, I think the problem is minutes are used up.

If I want the service continue right away should I use top up my plan button to continue?

Rather than change my plan on nex billing cycle?

Thanks

@otmosziz  just confirming you are on the 15$ plan.

To check that you have used your mins login to selfserve. If you don't see the minutes addon listed then yes your hunch is correct. And do as @Lieux  suggested and buy the 500 min Canada plan for 5$ or if you think you need a different plan then do an immediate plan change.

You can buy an add-on for more minutes...like 5$ for 500 minutes. In your self-serve account you can put some money and choose the add-on you want.
