Not Receiving Full Data Usage on $40 5G Plan

I am paying $40 for the 4.5 gig +500 mb (via auto pay).

For the last 2 months I have received only 4 gigs of data usage.

 

Anyone else experiencing this issue? How can I get this solved?

@muuuhhiiike  did you maybe set a data limit in your phone's data usage settings and have it stop your data after 4GB of usage?  If you don't remember doing this, it's still worth checking as it may have been a default on the phone, or you may have set it a long time ago at another carrier and forgotten.

@muuuhhiiike, double check your internal data usage counter isn't set for a limit.  If you're not already on a 30-day or 90-day data monitoring app, you should get one.

 

The stock app on most devices will not work properly with 30- or 90-day cycles.

@muuuhhiiike sorry to hear about that. Just wondering where you are checking the data usage ? means on your personal device or on the PM account data usage ? 

 

Are you finishing your data before 30 days ?
