No 500mb bonus....

Hello I recently changed to the $40/ 5g plan from $30/ 1g..

I have autopay but I am not recieving the bonus 500mb. 

How can I get what was promised for this plan? Thank you.

    5GB at 3G Speed
    0  /  5120 MB
  • AutoPay
  • You are currently registered for dynamic Autopay
  • Payment Due Date (One-Time Payment): Aug 20, 2019
  • AutoPay Amount: This is your plan cost minus Rewards. Any Available funds will be applied first.

When someone runs out of data, it doesn't say 0MB used.  The entry for amount of data used and included simply vanishes.

Hi,

It seems you are using 4.5g + 500 and your plan has 5g, so it looks correct.

It looks like you have what you are paying for 🙂

@dmark1337 hi the plan is 4.5gb plus 500 mb so what you have is correct there is no need for a moderator

@dmark1337 Best to notify the PM moderator team so they can review your account and fix your issue.
