My promotion shows I have 2 G data, but I am not getting it

hello 

 

I have $25 plan free talk and text plus 1 G data, and I see there is 2 G promotion data on my plan but I am not getting the data to use, is there anyone  know why?

 @esjliv : You are missing nothing. It's how that user rolls. CSA!! everywhere all the time. What is the point of having this crowd-sourced support idea if all anyone does is dump customers off to the CSA's at every question? Who will then proceed to give the customer the company policy. And even be wrong about the question from the customer.

so for that answer they have to ask to CSA, But your right we need to them do first troubleshooting device and network and maybe they will working if not working the need to ccontact to CSA,

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and do again Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

and you can try to reset network settings and Changing APN Settings

Good for You! You stay within your plan data allotment each month. Maybe start monitoring how much data you do use every month. If its under 500mb per month you may be better off saving $10 per month and opting for the $15 plan.

 

Then on average the 2GB Bonus would last about 8 months before a $15/1GB data add on would be needed. ($15/1GB÷4=$3.75p/m) $15 plan +$3.75=$18.75 per month. The $5/500min add on can supplement the 100 outgoing minutes on the $15 plan. For most customers they may use an additional 100 min=$1. ($18.75+$1=$19.75 per month)

 

Do you see the 2GB Data add on under "My Promotions" on the right side of your overview page or on the left side at the bottom half under "My Data and Add ons"?

Normally you use the promo data 'after' you have used all of your plan data.

 

If you have 1GB plan and some promo data then you ll see the usage of promo data after whole 1GB data has been used up.

 

You ll able to see the updated data usage in my account -> overview.

@Sallygeng...the 2 GB promo data will stay on your account until you use it up. It gets used only when you run outta regular plan data. If you don't use all your regular plan data in the 30 days...the promo data goes untouched...until you do need it.

go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account History data,

 

for more information about Managing Your Data Usage visit  Here link to save your data...

and turn off background data, to save your data.

when your data limit used all, is will be off until next renewal cycle,

at public mobile 30 day Prepaid Service No fees extra charges,

 @Sallygeng : You will only get to use that data after using up all your 1gb plan data before the next renewal. Then at your renewal you will go back to using the plan data.

I assume your cellular data is turned on?

If so, since when does the problem occur?

Can you post a scrennshot of your overview page?
