If you went through the SIM activation process, did your credit card get charged?

If so try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

* reset network settings

 

If you just ported your phone number from another cell provider it could take a few hours to complete the port. Using the other cell provider's SIM you should be still receiving calls on it, until the port completes.

If you ported from a landline it could take up to 7 days to complete.

 

Make sure you do not cancel your previous provider's services until the port is complete.

Incoming calls are usually the last to port over.

If you went through the SIM activation process, and your credit card DID NOT get charged?

Then you will need to restart the activation process.

Please provide us more details and a "story" of what happened, what you tried, and what you're hoping for. 

 

After selecting the $25 plan, you typically have an option to Change Plan Now or on Next Renewal Date.  If you change plan now, you forfeit any minutes/data/credit you have for the rest of the month.  If you select next renewal date, it will change the next time your "30 days" are up.

If you're seeking for something else, like some combination of Add-ons, etc, please let us know.  Make sure you have enough Balance in your account to "buy" these.  One-time top-ups via Vouchers or Credit Card are possible.

 

Like others have alluded to, we need more details to explain what's going on here... otherwise it's hard to help!  🙂

There's a few things this brief question/point could mean.

 

Please elaborate.

 

Are you a newly activated customer and the plan isn't working yet?   If so, try rebooting or resetting network connections.

 

Have you passed your renewal date and the renewal failed for some reason?   If so, make a manual payment through self-serve equal to your plan amount and tap the "reactivate" option.

 

Have you recently requested/scheduled a plan change within the self-serve pages and the plan didn't change as anticipated?   If so, did you schedule it for the NEXT renewal or make it an immediate plan change.   If immediate, you would have to make sure there were sufficient funds available before making the change.   Add funds equal to the desired plan amount, then you can make an immediate plan change.

 

 

Please clarify what you've done, and what you didn't, so we our responses can be tuned to the situation you're facing.

Are you saying that you requested a change to a different price plan or that your plan didn't renew properly?
