I would suggest you contact moderator team and let them blacklist your lost phone then nobody could use your lost phone anymore:

After you login and go to replace Sim it will put your plan and phone number  on that new Sim so just pop it in a another phone as long as it's unlocked or good for public mobile/koodo/Telus!

1. log into your online account
2. go to the stolen/lost phone menu and disable your current phone & sim card
3. purchase a new sim card & activate within the same account
4. re-enable your phone (found)
5. You should be good to go within 1-hour

Hi @Cindy7 Get a replacement SIM, Login to your selfserve account. Go to Plans and Add ons -> Change SIM card and put in your new SIM card serial number.. give it a bit of time (I would say 30 minutes).. power down your phone.. put in the new SIM card and power on.

I also recommend doing these procedures during off peak hours to minimize potential errors.
