Long Distance minutes

I have 300 long distance minutes. But I am unable to make a call to Guyana. When I 1st bought this add-on, I made a call, but now I am unable to. Any reason?

 @jahana25 : Well that's interesting that you say you were able to make a call initially. It wasn't on the list then. Maybe they've tightened up the add-ons. But you ought not to have been able to from the beginning.

Unfortunately, Guyana is not listed as one of the countries.
