Long Distance Add-On Not Being Recognized

Hello,

 

I have an LD add-on but it's not getting recognized. I made an LD call yesterday and I was cut-off mid call with an automated message about not having enough LD minutes.

 

Could someone here with a similar expernece or from @CS_Agent help me?

the selfserve portal should give  hints to what happened.

@wooge, Does you self service portal show minutes remaining in your LD add-on?  Any chance it was used up?
