I don't disagree with you that compared to some of the other brands, that some of the customer base and potential customer base isn't all that happy with Public Mobile's 3g offerings and lack of "unlimited" data. However, this is a business, and Public Mobile/Telus has to decide what's best for them, and that doesnt' always necessarily mean giving customers better deals.
What type of ideas did you have in mind?
