Just switched plans, now it’s showing I have no data

I switched from the $40 plan to the $25 expecting my data to go from 4gb to 1gb (500mb+500 more with autopay) but it is just showing my promo 1gb and I'm about to run out soon. Can someone fix this?

Do you have Android phone to check your data usage since renewal.

Can you also check your usage history in your selfserve, you can order by type of activity and addup.https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/viewUsageChangePlan/

@ndon Did you do the switch upon your cycle renewal date ? If yes,  there have been some other cases of services not working properly after their cycle renewal dates for the last 3 days. Please contact a moderator and ask them to reset your plan. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

I did select change on next renewal. It has passed that renewal and I am paying the correct amount, it just appears I am missing the data

@ndon when you do a plan change, there are two options, immediate change and change on next renewal.  Please check which option you selected.  It sounds like you chose the latter option.
