Issues with Switching a Plan

Hi All,

 

I wanted to migrate to a more expensive plan but given I was in mid cycle, I chose the option to change the plan at the new cysle date.

 

On the date of top up, my plan did not change but renewed it on the old plan. When I changed the plan manually, the system forfeited all my balance and did not even apply auto renewal bonus to the new plan.

 

Help anyone?
