Is Roaming Add-on in the USA charged separately from monthly auto payment?

I have attempted 5 times to add the

“Roaming add on bundle 250” in California and it will not activate, does not let me change my credit card update and I need this desperately right now. Thank you

Have you figured it out?  Make sure you top up your account with at least $20(+tax). Then go to the plans and add ons page and click on the US  roaming add on you wish to purchase and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and submit the payment. Make sure the add on appears in your overview page. Reboot your phone. Make sure roaming is enabled and manually select at&t or T-mobile.

@fsblack_4 You have to charge your credit card first for the add-on amount and have the money in your account. Then you can buy the Add-on roaming.

Buying an add on is a 2 step process.
