International calling

Hey guys! 

Public Mobile is saying that I don't have calling in my plan when I try to call people in New Zealand. However I have 400 minutes now thanks to the holiday giveaway. These aren't working though. Any thoughts?

@TrevorL  No, to call New Zealand maybe check out Hangouts Dialer. You just download it from the Play store add some funds and call. (Note: it doesn't use up PM minutes.)
