The $15 shows no charge for incoming calls. Is this correct? No charge iif someone calls my cell phone?

@everythingfitz  You would not be automaticaly charged extra money for incoming calls since it is prepaid, but only using up your minutes if you are on the old $15 plan, requiring you to purchase more minutes to continue talking.

Or, I would think, simply switch to the CURRENT $15 plan......

That depends on which $15 plan you have. There was a previous version of tbe $15 plan that did not include unlimited incoming.calls. The currently sold $15 plan does.
